Global Material Recycling recycles computers, electronics, medical equipment and more in Austin and the surrounding areas of central Texas. Their mission is to keep old computers and their parts out of landfills by recycling or refurbishing them.

Plaza De La Raza has provided year round quality education in music, art, dance and theater for 32 years. They provide a safe and supportive environment where every student can give life to creative expression.

Habitat’s ReStores sell new and used home and office furnishings and building supplies at a fraction of retail prices and uses the proceeds to help Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville build new houses, deconstructs older homes and reconstructs homes in need of renewal and repair. Sales from the Nashville stores have provided homes for more than 16 local families. The Habitat ReStore carries items you would find at your local home improvement and furniture store at a fraction of the retail price. They provide an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep thousands of good, reusable materials out of land fills.Through its sales, the ReStore helps Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County to provide affordable, energy efficient homes for low income families.

Our Thrift Store is a very unique thrift store. They serve a very special purpose – creating ongoing jobs for young adults with disabilities. Not only does the community benefit from low-priced items, but 100% of their proceeds go back into the GEAR Foundation’s services allowing them to expand their programs and create more jobs as they grow in size and scope.
