Build It Green – NYC is New York City’s only non-profit retail outlet for salvaged and surplus building materials. Their warehouse has everything from panel doors to high end refrigerators and shutters to movie props. They are able to keep these materials out of the landfill, while offering deep discounts on their resale.

The Habitat St. Charles ReStore is a building materials thrift store.  Donated building materials and select home goods, both new and used, are sold to the public at extremely discounted prices.  All donated items receive a tax deduction receipt and are resold tax free for an even bigger savings!  The funds raised help build simple, decent, affordable homes for deserving families in St. Charles County.
