The physical medicine and rehabilitation department at Aurora Sinai Medical Center helps patients in need to obtain medical equipment before discharge, so they can return home independently and safely.

Med-Eq is a medical equipment donation and notification program developed by Remedy in cooperation with the Office of International Health of Yale University. Available donations of medical supplies and durable equipment are posted to this website where members can view and request items, as well as donate medical equipment and supplies.

New Eyes takes your used eyeglasses, hearing aids and jewelry and turns them into treasure. Eyeglasses in good condition are sent to medical missions and international charitable organizations for distribution to the poor in developing nations. Proceeds from the sale of scrap metal, hearing aids, jewelry and giftware are used to support the US eyeglass voucher program.
